You can start your meetings right from this website or use the software you will install on your PC. You simply start it and click on "Host Meeting" and you are starting your online meeting

After starting a meeting you will see a 9 digit number (xxx-xxx-xxx) you can give it to the person you are talking to (or send it per email). They will simply have to go to www.nikomeeting.com, click on "Join Meeting" and enter the number. Thats it.

Now you are connected and you can share your screen or send live video from your webcam. You can give control to your attendees or they can even allow you to see their screen.
